My journey to herbalism began with my Father, who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in October of 2014, and myself, who suffer from an irregular menstrual cycle. This led me to gain a better understanding of how to use herbs, and now have a Master Clinical Herbalist certification and a Herbal Business Cosmic Creole.

Heights Park is divided into six primary zones of activity all linked by a lively, brightly colored walking ribbon that meanders throughout the site. This ribbon transforms from a walking and exercise path in the morning to a roller-skating ribbon in the evening. The park is flexible and modular, with a stage for events, a half-court basketball court, and space for community markets and food trucks. Sign up to host an event!
