Far South Community Development Corporation (Far South CDC) and The Lamar Johnson Collaborative (The LJC) – (the “Development Team”) are pleased to present to you the 107 Jackie Robinson Terrace Mixed-Use Development project.
The project will seek to develop a vacant commercial space at the northwest corner of 107th Street and South Halsted Street and the southeast corner of 106th Street and South Halsted in the Washington Heights and Roseland neighborhoods in Chicago. The proposed site seeks to add 60-mixed-use apartments (affordable and market-rate), 20,000 square feet of retail/ office space on the ground floor, public and private parking, and added streetscape elements. 107 Jackie Robinson Terrace will draw from the historic Jackie Robinson Park that is within walking distance of the proposed development, which is connected to the historic Major Taylor Trail.
